CERTIFICATE IV IN FRONTLINE MANAGEMENT
Strategic and High Performance Leadership

This nationally recognised qualification reflects the role of individuals who take the first line of management in a wide range of organisational and industry contexts.

They may have existing qualifications and technical skills in any given vocation or profession, yet require skills or recognition in supervisory functions. Typically they would report to a manager. At this level frontline managers provide leadership and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of the team and its work outcomes.

This strategy is suitable for delivery of a face to face training program and assessment pathway for those seeking a supervisory role or for those already employed in a supervisory role but with no
formal qualification.

 

CERTIFICATE IV IN BUSINESS
High Performance Leadership Superior Sales Management

This nationally recognised qualification reflects the role of individuals who use well-developed skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of contexts. They apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others.

This nationally recognised qualification reflects the role of individuals who use well-developed business sales skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of business sales contexts. They apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others and have limited responsibility for the output of others, however they typically report to a more senior business sales practitioner.
